About the Position
We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape the digital experience of High Performance across YouTube and social media platforms for our shows.
This role involves more than just managing posts; it includes identifying impactful podcast moments, using AI tools for clipping and editing, and building an inspiring digital presence that can positively influence lives.
You should have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI-based content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial judgment is essential to create engaging, motivating content that enhances the brand and resonates with audiences. A deep understanding of content culture—what drives sharing and attention—is also crucial.
Responsibilities
1. Multi-channel content strategy – Develop and implement strategies to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth across YouTube and social platforms.
2. Video editing and clipping – Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the podcast’s tone and style.
3. YouTube growth & optimisation – Boost YouTube channel growth by optimizing content, creating engaging titles and thumbnails, and leveraging platform features.
4. AI content creation and curation – Create and manage high-quality visual and video content tailored for each platform, maintaining consistent branding.
5. Content scheduling and delivery – Upload and schedule content in line with the marketing calendar and partner needs.
6. Copywriting and tone of voice – Use AI tools to craft inspiring and engaging copy that reflects each podcast’s values.
7. Community management – Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
8. Performance tracking and reporting – Use analytics tools to monitor performance, generate reports, and refine strategies based on insights.
Skills & Experience
* Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, with measurable increases in views, engagement, and subscribers.
* Strong understanding of social and YouTube algorithms, trends, and KPIs, with excellent analytical skills.
* Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, along with content scheduling and analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio.
* Experience creating visually engaging graphics and thumbnails.
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing deadlines and content priorities.
