About Us
Harris Academy Beckenham is a happy, energetic and inclusive 11-18 academy widely recognised as one of the most successful schools in Bromley. We retained our ‘Outstanding’ judgement in May 2023 following our previous inspection in June 2017. We are one of 52 schools in the country to retain this judgment.
The academy is oversubscribed with 1,500 applicants applying each year for 180 places. The academy has a reputation for excellence, high standards of discipline and behaviour and a proven track record of academic success with outcomes above national averages.
In 2019 we were designated as a ‘World Class’ school for developing students\' skills, character and competencies. We have since been re-accredited in 2022, confirming that our Academy is, and continues to be, World Class.

Qualifications & Experience
We would like to hear from you if you have:
* NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification or experience in a relevant discipline
* Several years' experience working in an office environment at senior level
* Experience of using Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience of using Bromcom or other MIS
* Experience of working with the general public
* Experience of using, maintaining and developing administrative systems
* Good understanding of databases, including ability to use databases to produce reports and statistics
* Full working knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice/legislation
