We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in the Bank and Finance Domain who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects.

Your Role
* Hands on Solution Architect with strong expertise in Kafka Confluent, Kafka, MongoDB, AWS, APIs and Operational Data Stores (ODS). Able to operate confidently across both high level architecture and low-level design and implementation.
* Must bring immediate productivity with no learning curve; prior demonstrable experience designing and delivering solutions in streaming and ODS environments is essential.
* Expected to design, build and validate end-to-end solutions, not just provide architectural oversight. Able to drive PoCs, prototypes, solution demos and hands‑on technical spikes ensuring architecture decisions are validated in practice.
* Comfortable switching between conceptual architecture, detailed solution design and implementation guidance for engineering teams.
* Contribute to and support architecture governance processes: architectural distribution reviews, standards compliance, approval board submissions, adherence to patterns and guardrails.
* Ensure decisions align with organisational guidelines and help uphold the architectural integrity of the corporate streaming ODS pillar.
* Strong communicator who can confidently engage with senior stakeholders, engineering teams and cross‑functional partners due to the high visibility of the role within the bank.
* Expected to operate autonomously, managing expectations, articulating design rationale and ensuring alignment across teams.

* Experience 5 years in Kafka Confluent
* Strong leadership, problem solving, analytical thinking and communication skills
