The Role:

We are looking for an organised, confident, and customer‑focused Sales Administrator to join the team. This is a full‑time, on‑site role supporting our sales, production, and distribution teams. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring exceptional service, accurate order processing, and smooth communication across the business. You’ll thrive in a varied role, be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and enjoy being part of a friendly, fast‑paced team.


Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, online messages, and face to face
* Process orders accurately across Breww, online B2B portals, and the ecommerce site
* Manage shared inboxes and maintain up-to-date customer records
* Support the Sales team with admin, onboarding, telesales, and reporting
* Assist with packing and dispatch of orders mid‑week
* Liaise with suppliers to order stock and office materials
* Provide support at brewery events and tours where required


Personal Requirements:

* Strong organisation and communication skills
* Confident dealing with customers and problem‑solving
* Excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable working across multiple systems and tasks
* Positive, proactive approach and a willingness to get stuck in
* Computer‑literate with confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
* Experience in customer service or administration.
* Min. 5 GCSEs (grades 9-4/A*-C), including English and math.


Schedule:

Job Type: Full-time

Monday to Friday, office-based (DY14 8RB)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
