What You’ll Be Doing:
* Owning and delivering IT infrastructure and cloud projects from start to finish.
* Leading discussions with clients on technical strategy and IT roadmaps.
* Overseeing technical onboarding/offboarding to ensure best-in-class service.
* Introducing improvements to internal processes and ways of working.
* Acting as the bridge between technical delivery and client expectations.
* Sharing knowledge with the service delivery team and shaping technical best practice.
You’ll Need:
* Solid experience in an MSP or multi-client environment.
* Mastery across the Microsoft ecosystem: O365, Azure AD, Windows Server, AD, Hyper-V/VMware.
* Confident networking and security knowledge (Cisco, Meraki, Sophos, etc.).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Self-starting nature with a passion for pushing boundaries and exploring emerging tech.
