Senior Document Controller
Permanent
Summary
Provide a professional and high-quality document management service; accountable for controlling the receipt, management, and transfer of all information on Agratas, in accordance with project team, contract, and client requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensure health and safety processes are followed, promoting a safety-first culture.
* Manage the project Document Management System(s), including uploading, downloading, printing, collating, distributing, and maintaining data accuracy.
* Support team members with administrative services efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Lead a team of document controllers or assistants as needed, developing procedures to deliver excellent service.
* Build relationships with clients, supply chain, project teams, and contractors to ensure system integration.
* Provide regular progress reports on document status, including drawings, RFIs, and technical submissions.
* Maintain confidentiality and secure storage of documentation, adhering to security requirements.
