Salary: Paid in line with the Teachers' Pay Scale

About the Role
As a primary class teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons that inspire a love of learning. You will play a key role in ensuring all pupils receive a high standard of education and training and make strong academic and personal progress.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress and attainment
* Differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of all learners
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
* Contribute to curriculum development and whole-school initiatives
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing education and training
* Support the safeguarding, wellbeing, and personal development of all pupils
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning
* Contribute to extracurricular activities and the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
* A passion for delivering high-quality education and training
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A commitment to inclusion and raising pupil achievement
