What it takes to be an Operations Team Member at Mole Valley Farmers:
The operations team is the engine of the business, ensuring inventory accuracy so that customers are confident they receive the products they want when shopping with us. You will aim for maximum product availability by maintaining the stock file with accuracy, attention to detail, and confidence to challenge when needed. You will help present a branch that we are proud of, exceeding customer and company standards through visual merchandising and presentation.
What You Will Be Doing:
You will deliver exceptional customer service through maintaining the store stock file, product availability, and display. Your responsibilities include loading goods into customer vehicles, checking deliveries, working at the tills, and maintaining the yard and compound layout. Please note, due to the nature of our products, this role involves regular manual handling and heavy lifting (up to 25kg).
