An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist to join an ICU/Critical Care Team in Chertsey. This role is ideal for a skilled clinician with expertise in complex swallowing and communication needs, particularly within critical care settings.

What You Will Do:
* Deliver specialist speech and language therapy within ICU and critical care
* Assess and manage patients with complex swallowing and communication difficulties
* Provide tracheostomy care and contribute to multidisciplinary decision-making
* Develop and implement tailored therapy plans
* Support and train junior staff and colleagues
* Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
Requirements:
* HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist
* Proven experience in ICU/critical care settings
* Competency in tracheostomy management (essential)
* Full driving licence for commuting
