We are seeking two senior social workers to cover Maternity Leave. The roles are based in the acute hospitals in Cardiff (UHW,UHL and St.Davids). WE are happy to consider full time/part time working and we have hybrid working available. These roles require strong assessment skills based on the foundation of practice experience and legal knowledge. You will be carrying out assessments in a ward setting and will need to evidence skills in multi-disciplinary teams and with providers. Good communications skills with citizens and their families and with partners is expected. Adult Services are working to develop systems around social workers to free their time to focus on practice. We have supportive teams and supervision arrangements so that we can help colleagues to settle and work as effectively as possible.
