Role Overview
We are seeking a hardworking and inquisitiveOperations Associate to oversee the day-to-day running of our business. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for a self-starter with strong initiative who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operational processes, including settlement and compliance.
* Oversee operational workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
* Liaise with counterparties, contractors, and service providers.
* Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal compliance requirements.
* Support investment management activities with accurate and timely operational input.
* Maintain and improve systems, controls, and operational procedures.
* Provide input into strategic initiatives and contribute to the growth of the firm.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in the financial services sector, ideally within investment management or private client operations.
* Strong knowledge of settlement, operations, and compliance processes.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office suite and confidence using technology.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
