A well-established and highly respected independent financial advisory (IFA) practice is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Services Administrator for their Leicester office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a background in financial services administration to join a client-focused organisation known for delivering trusted financial advice.
Role Overview
As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting advisers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations. You will work closely with clients, providers and internal teams to progress cases efficiently and maintain excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support across protection, pensions and investment cases.
* Progress cases by liaising with advisers, providers and third parties.
* Prepare client documentation and suitability reports.
* Deliver excellent client service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
* Produce documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Assist colleagues with process improvements to enhance efficiency.
* Ensure all work complies with financial services regulations and company standards.
About You
We’re looking for a proactive, driven individual who thrives in fast paced environments.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services administration.
* Good understanding of processes within mortgages, pensions, investments and/or protection.
* Competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
