Salary: £30 K - £35 K

As the Sales Support Executive, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent and efficient support services to both customers and the sales team. You’ll be responsible for preparing quotations, utilizing various systems, and communicating effectively with relevant teams. This team is essential in ensuring a smooth and responsive customer service experience. Currently, the team is undergoing a transformation and training initiative designed to enhance the value our client brings to the quoting and ordering process.

* Strong communicator (Teams video/email) with colleagues and senior management
* Able to prioritise workload and multitask
* Excellent attention to detail
* Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Takes ownership of requests, ensuring timely completion
* Good negotiation skills
* Highly organised
* Adaptable and embraces change
* Proficient in MS Office; experienced in office/team settings
* Proactive, problem-solver
* Experience in a similar role within an IT reseller
