Duties Process Mapping all existing (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes across departments Ensure that the technical delivery of current project aligns with current operations, strategic goals, and future growth requirements. Analyse and document current ("as-is") business processes across all functions. Collaborate with stakeholders to design future state ("to-be") processes that align with the business strategy and technical platform. Act as a key contributor to the current transformation programme, ensuring business needs are accurately represented in technical requirements and delivery plans. Facilitate workshops and engage with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Finance, IT, Compliance) to gather insights, validate findings, and gain consensus on future processes. Identify process gaps and inefficiencies. Define and document clear business requirements and user stories to support platform design and delivery. Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce error rates, and enhance operational KPIs (e.g., order error reporting, pricing accuracy, customer segmentation). Support the implementation of the data strategy by ensuring data-related processes are well defined, governed, and align with security and retention standards. Collaborate with the relevant teams to ensure the business is ready for the new platform, including process documentation, training, and testing support. Goals Complete end-to-end process maps for all core business areas (Operations, Sales, Finance, Compliance). Identify and document key process gaps and future state requirements for a current project. Run regular cross-functional workshops per month to gather process and requirements insights. Create and maintain a centralised Business Process Library. Support the implementation of RFCs data governance standards within business process documentation. Participate in UAT and sign-off process for all critical business workflows before go-live.
