Sewell Wallis is currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join an established law firm in the Harrogate area.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with reception experience to join a friendly and supportive company.
What will you be doing?
The Receptionist is responsible for
Meeting and greeting clients and being face of the firm.
Offering and making beverages.
Taking payments in the office or over the phone.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
Managing appointments (booking/rescheduling/cancellations).
Taking calls and messages.
Some typing work to assist where required.
Copying documents/having clients sign documents such as ID or receipts.
Retrieving documents from safe storage upstairs such as Wills/LPAs etc.What skills are we looking for?
A minimum of 18 months experience of working within a similar Reception role.
Strong communication skills.
Strong IT skills.What's on offer?
