Job Description

The Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) commercial team is hiring a Territory Manager to manage the Becton Dickinson (BD) APM portfolio across South East England (Sussex, Kent, Hampshire and Surrey). This opportunity is part of one of the most innovative medical device companies offering advanced hemodynamic monitoring solutions that provide best‑in‑class clinical outcomes. The candidate will manage relationships with key stakeholders in the South East of England Region, provide support to improve patients’ lives, and focus on maintaining current key customers while developing and closing new sales opportunities within the BD portfolio of APM therapies.


Main Responsibilities

* Serve as the main point of contact within the region, using an extensive understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology to advise customers on the appropriate use of BD APM products.
* Build and manage strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers—especially anaesthesiologists, surgeons, business managers, referrers, and other influencers within the NHS—to position BD APM solutions.
* Utilize long‑term relationships with senior‑level customer contacts and BD colleagues to achieve success.
* Support current customers while developing and closing new business opportunities, and identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets through the execution of short and long‑term regional plans.


About You

* Held a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
* Possess relevant clinical experience and a commercial mindset (sales training will be provided) or prior sales experience within the medical devices industry and a clinical understanding.
* Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escape issues to appropriate levels of management.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Anticipates and understands customer needs, feedback and objections and applies knowledge to create value.

Salary

£45,000 – £60,000 + bonus + benefits
