PAY RANGE: Leadership Scale 1-5
Required from 1st September 2026 (full time, permanent)
Due to the retirement of one of our current Assistant Headteachers, the Governors and Headteacher are seeking to appoint an outstanding leader to join our innovative Senior Leadership Team and passionate, nurturing team at Cheswick Green Primary School. The successful candidate will be responsible for Inclusion across our school.
Requirements
* Outstanding attitude and commitment to going over and above to support the progress and attainment of pupils.
* Proven successful record of teaching experience and evidence of leadership experience.
* Ambitious, reflective outlook and commitment to continuous professional development.
* Sound knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and knowledge of current educational developments, initiatives and trends around SEND and disadvantaged learners.
* Excellent communication skills, organisation, professionalism and the ability to work as part of a hard working team.
