What is the role?
The Marketing Manager will contribute to towards building Mpac Group’s competitive position within a global marketplace.
This is a new role based at Tadcaster within in a growing organisation. You will have the opportunity to establish yourself across the business by developing lasting relationships with key-stakeholders. The Marketing Manager will contribute to the development, coordination, and execution of marketing activities, playing a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
This role will liaise and work collaboratively with the marketing Manager for Mpac Group/ Americas to ensure strong alignment on marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a proven history of coordinating the marketing activities across multiple departments. You will be able to build internal relationships and gather information across the full range of pillars for the business.
You will be able to interpret the business sales strategy and develop plans to successfully identify appropriate customers and opportunities within our chosen sectors, as well as the following:
Identify key decision makers and effectively present and sell the business along with its full range of unique selling points for each of our service offerings;
In addition, experience and/ or knowledge of full lifecycle projects for a range of process applications within pharmaceutical, clean energy and other process manufacturing will be advantageous;
Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders;
Play a pro-active role in the department’s continuous improvement programme;
Always strive to add value to our customers, building partnerships based on trust, respect and flexibility, and communicate effectively at all times and provide unrivalled extra service, unexpected and beyond anything our competitors provide.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a strong marketing and lead generation strategy;
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote brand, products and services and ensure campaigns are managed within agreed budgets and timescales;
To create graphic assets, copy and content for digital marketing activities including social media;
Track and evaluate the performance of campaigns (e.g. through Google Analytics, lead generation, team KPI’s) and use this data to recommend improvements for future campaigns and solutions to fit within budgets;
Track and evaluate the performance of competitor activity (social media, web, trade shows etc) and use this data to recommend improvements for future campaigns;
To ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with our brand identity and reflect the company values;
To track and analyse traffic flow through our website and produce regular internal reports;
To contribute to the development and maintenance of the website;
Support colleagues across the business with marketing requests;
Support internal and external events, including trade shows.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
The ideal person should be commercially focussed, proactive and resourceful, with the following:
Proven track record of owning, developing and optimising B2B lead-generating marketing campaigns;
Background in social media or content creation;
Good communication skills;
Experience in creating effective marketing campaigns;
Experience with exhibitions/ event planning and management;
Comfortable using digital content tools;
Experience with CRM systems;
Ability to measure marketing campaign outcomes;
Strong stakeholder management and copywriting skills;
Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO;
Experience with investor relations communications would be beneficial (but not essential);
Valid Driving Licence.
