We are currently recruiting for a Sales Director for our Estate Agency client based in Islington and Finchley. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of the North London property market, with previous Sales Manager or Director experience with a proven track record. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Benefits: Basic £35,000 OTE £75,000 - £80,000 Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6pm 5 day working week with no weekends Uncapped commission Car allowance Opportunity for career growth Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development Responsibilities : Covering both the Islington and Finchley offices Identify and secure new sales instructions and grow the property register and market share Conduct accurate market appraisals, develop compelling marketing strategies, and build strong, lasting relationships with clients Identify and convert cross-selling opportunities Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Negotiators to achieve individual and branch targets Conduct regular performance reviews, manage workloads, and ensure the team provides a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service Have an involvement in the recruitment and training of new team members Ensure the smooth and efficient running of all sales operations Overseeing the preparation of high-quality property advertisements Monitoring incoming leads Managing the progression of sales to completion Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system Maximising revenue and achieving financial targets for the sales department Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve performance, while also contributing to the branch's budget planning Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service Actively promote positive online reviews Stay up-to-date with all changes in sales legislation and industry best practices Key Skills: Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Director with a demonstrable track record of success in residential sales In-depth knowledge of the North London property market is essential Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to build and inspire a high-performing team Exceptional negotiation and sales abilities with a proven record of winning new business Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and articulate approach Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Strong understanding of current sales legislation and compliance requirements Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite An industry qualification (e.g., NAEA Propertymark) is highly desirable Most hold a full UK driving license and have the use of your own car Additional Company Information: Our client is an award-winning, leading independent Estate Agency who have been established for well over a century.
