We are currently hiring seasonal Seamstresses & Fitters for our store in London. These roles will be responsible for fitting each gown to the customer's size and performing alterations on dresses following the instructions set during the fitting, ensuring the dress is perfectly adjusted and delivered in excellent condition.
* Coordinate with the Alterations Manager to organize daily/weekly agendas and ensure dresses are ready for each appointment.
* Perform fittings according to Pronovias protocols, advising customers on alterations and suggesting complete look options with accessories.
* Carry out alterations meeting Pronovias standards for timing and quality.
* Record all alterations in the system daily.
* Maintain proper store image by adhering to Pronovias visual standards.
Requirements
We seek someone with solid experience in made-to-measure dressmaking, with strong hand and machine sewing skills. Knowledge of bridal or occasion wear is a plus.
It is essential that you are positive, passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, results-oriented, a strong team player, and a great problem solver.
Excellent communication skills are required, and knowledge of multiple languages will be positively valued.
