Administrator - FTC 12 months
London – Kings Cross
Starting salary £24,000-£30,000 + company benefits
37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
4.00pm finish on Friday
A superb opportunity to join a leading construction business based in the London area, due to a new opening we are on the look out for a Administrator, this role is for a FTC of 12 months but could go permanent.
Administrator Duties include: -
* Collaborate closely with the Purchasing & Supply Chain Operations Manager to assist in various areas of data management
* Maintain database integrity
* Assist in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the database.
* Aid team in addressing daily company queries
* Database Management via SharePoint
* Assist in uploading contract information to the database through SharePoint, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
The successful person will have the following;-
* Proven track record of maintaining accurate and up-to-date administrative records.
* High Degree of Accuracy
* Strong process driven
* Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with precision and attention to detail.
* Good Administration Skills
* Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
* Document management
