The Role
We're looking for a creative and versatile Content Creator to support our marketing and social media efforts. This role is all about bringing ideas to life — whether through eye-catching visuals, engaging video, or impactful copy. You'll play a key part in telling our brand story, connecting with our community, and creating content that inspires action. From supporting campaigns and product launches to capturing the energy of our gyms and events, you'll help us build a consistent, authentic, and engaging presence across every channel.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create, edit, and produce high-quality visual and written content across social, email, web, and video channels.
2. Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop content that supports campaigns, launches, and product storytelling.
3. Assist with concepting and executing photoshoots and video productions, including occasional on-site filming at gyms and events.
4. Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all channels, ensuring content resonates with our audience.
5. Monitor performance of content assets, using insights to optimise future content strategies.
Requirements
* Proven experience in content creation, ideally in lifestyle, fitness, or wellness brands.
* Strong visual storytelling skills, including photography, videography, and editing (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with shifting priorities.
* Ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
* Familiarity with social media analytics and content management systems.
Nice to Have
* Experience with motion graphics, animation, or TikTok/Reels content.
* Previous experience working in an omni-channel brand environment.
* Knowledge of influencer marketing and community engagement strategies.
