Senior Business Change Project Manager

MUST HAVE:
* insurance experience
* vendor management
* all types of change i.e. tech, business projects, etc
* experience delivering software
* managing a third-party vendor i.e. strong vendor and stakeholder management, etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
50% will be taking over a project to deliver a major upgrade of a Policy Admin System
50% will work on a project(s) prioritised via Group Change portfolio
* Senior Business Change Project Managers plan and coordinate initiatives from inception to delivery; managing activities, resources, budget and people to achieve desired outcomes and enable strategic initiatives
* They provide oversight and challenge to project operations, performance and viability in terms of outcomes, delivery, benefits and financial management
* They partner with stakeholders to deliver high value, strategically aligned customer outcomes, and achievable benefit realisation
* Using their understanding of change and delivery management methods and tools, they ensure efficient & effective project delivery
