ROLE: Mobile Multi‑Skilled Engineer
HOURS: 08:00–17:00 (with flexibility required)

We’re looking for motivated and enthusiastic Multi‑Skilled Engineers to join our growing engineering family. This is a field‑based role covering [insert region], providing reactive and planned maintenance across a wide range of commercial operational assets.
Role Responsibilities
* Deliver reactive and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) across all operational assets in line with project requirements.
* Provide multi‑skilled building services support across electrical, mechanical and building‑fabric disciplines, including modifications and installations.
* Diagnose faults, maintain and calibrate equipment, and ensure reliability through continuous improvement and effective problem‑solving.
* Work professionally with contractors, suppliers and building occupants, ensuring excellent communication and high‑quality standards.
* Complete all documentation accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with RAMS, permits, company policies and H&S legislation.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
All Engineers
* Experience working within commercial properties and installations.
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and statutory compliance.
* Ability to prioritise workload effectively with a flexible, adaptable and proactive approach.
* Self‑motivated with good communication skills and a strong customer service focus.
* Full UK driving licence, professional conduct and ability to maintain accurate digital and written records.
Gas Engineers
* NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Maintenance (Essential).
* COCN1 or CODNCO1 (Essential).
* CORT1, TPCP1A, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1 (Desirable).
AC / HVAC Engineers
* NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning/Maintenance (Essential).
* F‑Gas Qualification (Essential).
Electrical Engineers
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Apprenticeship (Essential).
* 18th Edition (Essential).
* 2391‑52 Testing & Inspection (Essential).
Plumbing Engineers
* NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (Essential).
