Administrator for Operations Support

Our worldwide client is now seeking an Operations Support Clerk for their Tamworth, Staffordshire depot.

Hours: Days - Flexible (7am to 9am start and 3pm to 4pm finish)

Pay: £27 - 28000 pa

Duties: Your main role will be to support the operations team to ensure up to date training, assessments and documents are backed up.

* You will be ordering PPE (taking full ownership including ordering and sourcing), office and vehicle supplies and workwear.

* Liaising with suppliers to place and track orders

* Monthly stock checks

* Coordinating staff training courses

* Supporting the MD with event arrangements

* Overseeing vehicle maintenance (MOT's etc)

* Meet and greet visitors

* General support for ad hoc duties.

You will be:

* Used to working to strict standards (e.g. ISO)

* A keen learner (training is available)

* Meticulous and prompt with your scheduled tasks

* An excellent preplanner

* Proficient with MS Office

The following are desirable:

* Previous experience in operations, procurement, or stock management

* Knowledge of PPE and workplace safety standards
