What Makes This Role Right For You We are working with Schools and Local Authorities in your area and are looking for Core Subject (Maths, English, or Science) SEND Tutors and Teachers like you to transform the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs in your community! We are looking for SEND Tutors and Teachers with a genuine passion for transforming the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners. Benefits For Online / Remote Tutors And Teachers Competitive pay: £25 - £30 per hour (holiday pay inclusive) Flexible working: Work from home with all the benefits of an online/remote job Flexible hours: Part-time up to full-time hours to suit your schedule CPD and employee mentoring: TES CPD suite and professional mentor access SEND Support Team: Support to keep a team around you and the child Community and Company Events: Knowledge sharing and resources Referral Programme: Get rewarded for successful tutor referrals A Role with Purpose: Join a child-centred company committed to reimagining the world of support for vulnerable young people Role Requirements Experience: 2 years online teaching experience, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed way Subjects: English, Maths, and/or Science Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS) Compliance: Enhanced DBS (we can facilitate if needed) and 2 professional references Location: UK-based with the right to work in the UK Safeguarding: Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment Responsibilities Provide online/remote or hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children, teenagers, and young people with SEMH and SEND needs Support pupils from KS1 - KS5 referred by local authorities and schools through flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress Contribute to our mission to raise the standard of education for young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and PMLD How To Apply Apply in less than 5 minutes via our mobile and browser-optimised application form Interviews are scheduled on a rolling basis - apply now and start making a difference!
