Aramark UK are currently looking for a talented Commis Chef to join our team at Great Western Hospital, SN3 6BB.

Job Responsibilities
* In the absence of the Sous Chef, assume responsibility in the overall kitchen operation supporting Chef Manager
* To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to a high standard
* Follow recipes and prepare food for service
* Deliver first class food throughout service
* Supporting with managing the P&L and all associated financials
* Deliver first class food throughout service
* Manage all associated administration
Key Requirements:
*
o Relevant culinary experience operating at a Chef De Partie level
o A passion for food and service
o Flexible approach to hours and duties
o IT literate, numerate and able to communicate across cross discipline stakeholders
