Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join their Delivery Group, focusing on non-infrastructure UK water engineering projects. This role involves serving as a technical specialist and/or project lead, applying advanced engineering techniques to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance on design standards, systems, and engineering codes.
* Prepare calculations and civil engineering deliverables, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
* Lead and mentor teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
* Coordinate with internal and external team members on complex projects.
* Develop specifications for materials, construction techniques, and data management.
* Act as a technical specialist, offering advice and guidance to project teams.
* Oversee health and safety compliance for design aspects.
What Our Client is Looking For:
* A strong background in Civil Engineering Design and/or Hydraulics/Structural engineering.
* Experience in design and build projects, particularly in non-infrastructure water/wastewater treatment works.
* Proven leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams, including structural, geotechnical, and hydraulic specialists.
* A proactive approach to mentoring and developing junior staff.
