Reflections Community Support is looking to recruit a highly-skilled Care Manager with a strong care background in managing care services.
Reflections Community Support is a successful Domiciliary Care provider supporting elderly and other vulnerable people in the local communities.
The ideal requirements of the right Care Manager:
* Must have strong and proven leadership experience within the care setting.
* Should have experience in working with dementia and old age individuals.
* Hold at least an NVQ/QCF Level 4 in Health and Social Care or working towards
* Must be having a valid Driving License with own Car.
The responsibilities for the Care Manager will include but not be limited to:
* Providing excellent leadership, direction, and support to care staff to ensure the needs of the service users are met in the best way possible
* Regularly monitoring documents and systems to ensure the organisation is compliant as per CQC regulations
* Overseeing fortnightly audits
* Representing the company during audits and CQC inspections
* Assisting carrying out assessments of the service users
* Ensuring an excellent relationship is maintained with stakeholders and regulatory bodies
* Arranging training and advice for care and administrative staff
* The implementation updating and promotion of the company's policies and procedures
* Spot checks
* Increasing the hours the company is currently delivering
* Need to raise the profile of the company
* Some on call hours alternate weekends
