Responsibilities
* Spend the whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives.
* Provide support that is kind, caring, and person-centred; engage in activities and outings that align with the person’s interests.
* Follow instructions while applying independent thinking and, when appropriate, thinking "outside the box".
* Help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for the people we support.
Qualifications and skills
* Patience, empathy, compassion and sensitivity to others
* A strong work ethic, reliability, honesty and resilience
* Full Manual UK driving licence and willingness to drive a minibus (note: location-based requirements may vary)
