Client Bookkeeper/VAT Specialist
Our client, a progressive and well-established Accountancy firm based on the outskirts of Glasgow towards Lanarkshire, is seeking to recruit an experienced Client Bookkeeper/VAT specialist to join their expanding team.
They offer a GREAT work/life balance with 35 hours per week, flexible working around core hours, a friendly and supportive team environment, and a varied client portfolio. A competitive salary DOE will be offered.
Part-time applications will also be considered.
About you:
You should have several years of experience covering all aspects of client bookkeeping, VAT preparation and submission, CIS returns for a varied client portfolio. Experience from another UK Accountancy Practice firm is preferred, along with the ability to handle client queries and proficiency in various IT accounting packages such as Sage, and ideally some cloud packages like Xero, QBOL. However, candidates with strong client/multitasking skills from a client-focused bookkeeping role in industry or commerce will also be considered.
