This internship will give support to our business during a busy summer of events and activations. It will be based within the Orpington office, so being within commutable distance is essential, as well as a desire and ability to travel further afield to events when necessary. The internship runs from June 2026 for 6 months.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Ensure project systems and procedures are set up and structured correctly, entering all relevant data accurately and concisely onto Live’s client management system (Quest).
* Assist with financial elements of accounts – budgeting, POs, supplier invoicing/cost management.
* Compile and maintain project reports, job sheets, and schedules.
* Be involved in the research and feasibility of ideas generated.
* Assist with event setup – preparation and on‑site delivery.
* Maintain good communication and reporting.

* Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
* Prioritisation and time‑management skills.
* Remain calm under pressure.
* Acceptance of some anti‑social/long hours when needed for event delivery.
* Travel and weekend work will be required when delivering events on‑site.
