I’m working with a well-established technology services company that delivers networking, cybersecurity and digital infrastructure services to large enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
* You will support L2 network operations and maintenance activities
* You will operate and troubleshoot Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure environments
* You will support load balancing platforms from F5 or Citrix Systems
* You will investigate network incidents and support infrastructure changes
* You will maintain operational documentation and procedures
Required Skills:
* You have fluent Italian (and ideally English) language skills
* You have experience carrying out L2 network operations and maintenance activities
* You have hands‑on Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) experience
* You have enterprise load balancer experience (F5/Citrix systems)
* You have expert troubleshooting skills, in routing and switching environments
