Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

We have different challenges that we face, including Learning disabilities and physical disabilities. Our staff team are trained in, Moving and positioning, Safeguarding, Medication administration and a lot more We all like similar activities, we enjoy going out and accessing our local community, shopping, arts and crafts, going for drives in our vehicles, eating out at nice restaurants and people watching. We don’t like people who doing like to go out into the community, who are bossy. We are the bosses We live in a large building which is divided into 4 separate flats situated in High Spen. The 2 downstairs flats have their own gardens and the upstairs flat to the back have their own back yard. here is parking available in the car park to the right hand side of the property through the black gates. We each receive one to one/ two to one support to access the local community – we also share some support within the home. There is two staff one shift at one time with Elizabeth and Paul. We have a range of shifts for staff available – 8am-8pm, 11:00am-17:00pm, 9am – 5pm on a Friday, waking night shift 8pm-8am. We need you to be fun, bubbly and outgoing, staff are provided with all mandatory and specific training tailored to our needs
