Mortgage & Protection Adviser- Base salary up to £35k DOE
Hybrid | Warrington (2 days office-based)
A growing advice-led brokerage is looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser and a Protection Specialist to join the team. The Role
This is an opportunity to focus on quality advice and client outcomes, with a consistent flow of warm, pre-qualified leads provided daily. You’ll collaborate with an experienced support team to ensure each client receives a smooth and positive journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with 2–4 pre-qualified appointments per day from internal lead sources
* You’ll have access to an in-house marketing team if you want to build your own book, too
* Provide clear, compliant advice on mortgages and/or protection products
* Liaise with support administrators and fellow advisers to maintain strong client experience
* Ensure great outcomes and maintain strong client relationships
* Option to work with an in-house marketing function to build your personal client base
About You
* CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
* Ideally 2–4 years’ experience in a regulated advice or office-based role
* Strong understanding of mortgages, protection and the client advice process
* Collaborative, positive and reliable; able to balance pace with quality
* Client-first approach with genuine care for outcomes
