```Overview:
We are seeking experienced Roofers to join our team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on various types of buildings. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work at heights. Duties:
- Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings
- Repair and replace damaged or worn-out roofing materials
- Inspect roofs for leaks, damage, or other issues
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations
- Measure, cut, and shape roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Install vapor barriers and insulation
- Apply waterproof coatings or sealants as needed
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Fabricating and installing various types of roofing materials
- Using hand tools such as hammers, saws, and drills
- Working with masonry materials for chimney repairs or flashing installation
- Understanding basic plumbing principles for roof drainage systems
- Building and interpreting schematics or blueprints for roof installations
- Operating power tools safely and effectively
- Welding or soldering experience is a plus
- Carpentry skills for framing or sheathing roofs
Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Roofer or similar role
* Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
* Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
* Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
* Excellent problem-solving skills
