Are you a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? This client is expanding its team and seeking a Finance Assistant to support fundamental finance operations. Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial processes across our subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Receivable – Processing invoices, payments, reconciliations, and handling queries
Bank & Cash Management – Managing cash books, bank reconciliations, and recording transactions
Month-End Support – Assisting with reconciliations, ledger postings, and expenditure tracking
General Finance Tasks – Credit assessments, financial analysis, and supporting audits
What We’re Looking For Essential:
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy finance role
2. Strong Microsoft Excel skills
3. High level of accuracy & attention to detail
4. Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively
Desirable:
5. Experience with NetSuite & Salesforce
6. Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
