Actual salary: £13,826 to £14,021 per annum
We would like to appoint a dedicated and patient Teaching Assistant to join our hard-working team to support children (including those with high needs/SEND), ensuring their safety and access to learning activities.The successful candidate will work under the direction of the class teacher and SENDCO, using learning and support strategies appropriate to the needs of the pupils. You will need to establish constructive relationships with pupils and interact with them according to individual needs. Your role will also involve promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils and encouraging pupils to interact with others and engage in activities led by the teacher. The ability to establish high expectations is vital, as is the ability to provide objective and accurate feedback to the class teacher.
