The Role
In this exciting role, you'll:
* Grow and develop existing customer accounts while driving new business.
* Build long-term partnerships through regular meetings and proactive engagement.
* Create and deliver tailored business development plans with each customer.
* Negotiate terms, pricing, and commercial agreements to maximise profit.
* Represent the company at customer meetings, training sessions, and events.
* Provide insights on customers, competitors, and market opportunities.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in
business development, account management, or field sales

* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and negotiate.
* Excellent relationship-builder with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
* Organised, resilient, and confident managing multiple priorities.
* Familiarity with CRM systems would be a bonus.
Location:
Ideally based in the
Central Belt of Scotland
(with flexibility for surrounding areas).
