Furniture Village is a family business through and through. In the words of our founder and CEO Peter Harrison: “we employ nice people to sell nice furniture to nice customers”. A little more about the role
As a key team player, you will:
* Support the customer fulfilment function by administering all warehouse and distribution activities
* Be the voice of the brand, liaising with customers to arrange deliveries and supporting with queries
* Deal with customer service issues promptly and sympathetically
* Manage all supplier deliveries and returns
* Accurately process balance payments
* Act on any delivery incident reports
* Comply with all health and safety and GDPR procedures
