What you will do:
– Conduct MHRA Reviews: Evaluate and review cases concerning bed levels and bed rails to ensure they meet MHRA standards.
– Case Management: Effectively manage a caseload, prioritizing and completing assessments promptly.
– Collaboration: Work in tandem with multidisciplinary teams including healthcare professionals and local authorities to ensure comprehensive evaluations.
– Documentation: Keep meticulous and up-to-date records of all assessments, findings, and recommendations.
– Communication: Deliver clear reports to stakeholders, providing them with essential insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
Must be registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) as an Occupational Therapist, with proven experience in conducting similar assessments and reviews. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with familiarity with MHRA standards and regulations regarding medical devices and safety equipment.
