Whether or not you have previous administration experience, we offer an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and fast-growing business. We are able to be flexible with the hours we're able to offer, either part-time or full time 3 -5 days a week ideally including Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. Skills Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong communication skills (both telephone and face-to-face). Benefits: Salary: £24,000 Yearly. Pension Scheme: Company pension plan. Training & Career Development: Industry-leading training and development. Holidays: 30 days paid holiday per year (increasing to 33 days after one year), inclusive of statutory holidays. This role also benefits from: Town Centre Location, Newly Refurbished Office Working in a Successful Established Branch Responsibilities: Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and temporary workers via telephone, email, and face-to-face communication. Payroll: Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time. Administrative Support: Provide full administrative support to the branch. Service Delivery: Uphold and deliver high-quality services aligned with company values. Working hours: Weekly Hours: 25 - 37.5 hours per week. Schedule: Monday to Friday, or Monday, Tuesday and Friday with a 1-hour lunch break. Typical hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
