About the Role:As a Credit Controller, you'll play a key role in managing the company's credit and collections processes. You'll work closely with engineers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively chase outstanding payments and manage aged debt
* Liaise with engineers to obtain order numbers and ensure accurate billing
* Allocate invoices and raise purchase orders
* Process employee expense claims with accuracy and efficiency
* Perform reconciliations and maintain payment plans
* Handle general administrative tasks to support the finance team
* Communicate effectively with clients to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in credit control or a similar finance role
* Strong understanding of payment plans and reconciliations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and organisational ability
* Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office Suite
