Ganley Group is a passionate Melbourne hospitality group with a penchant for heritage buildings. Our mission is to create an unforgettable customer experience every time. To actively support the local community and provide a happy, positive and inclusive workplace for all our staff.
We have an eclectic group of 6 venues, each offering a very unique experience, whether you’re after the footy and a parma, live music, a locally brewed craft beer, or an intimate dinner date; we’ve got you covered.
We pride ourselves in offering unpretentious, high-quality food and drink sourced locally where possible, from some of the Victoria’s best producers.
We are now seeking experienced bar tenders and wait staff for our award winning venue The Bay Hotel - which is more than a place to grab a pint, it’s a living piece of Mornington’s story. Set in the heart of the main street, this fully restored 1889 heritage building once housed the town’s Commercial Bank. Blending classic Australian pub design with warm Irish hospitality, The Bay brings together all the elements of a proper pub—great food, cold pints, open fires, live sport, music and a genuine sense of community. Whether you’re here for a long lunch, live music, the footy, or a nightcap by the bar. The Bay is a place where stories are shared, locals gather, and new traditions begin.
