This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced logistics professional with strong international freight knowledge — particularly seafreight imports from China — to take ownership of end-to-end shipment coordination across road, air and sea. 🚢 The Role As Logistics Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day operational freight activity, ensuring smooth booking, tracking, customs clearance and final delivery. A key focus will be managing seafreight imports alongside UK domestic transport operations. You will also play an important role in supporting approximately 8–10 exhibitions annually, coordinating pre- and post-event product movements. ✈️ Key Responsibilities International Freight (Sea & Air) * Arrange FCL/LCL and airfreight bookings with forwarders and suppliers * Prepare and verify shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, AWB, invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Origin) * Track ETDs/ETAs and update internal schedules * Liaise with customs brokers and prepare clearance documentation * Coordinate UK port collections and warehouse delivery slots * Monito...
