Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety regulation and the ability to implement them effectively. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsible of team recruitment, training and development by assessing their performance and providing constructive feedback. Oversee the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring smooth operation. Maintain and improve store standards to meet company expectation. Manage financial aspects including forecasting and forward planning in line with the store P&L REQUIREMENT Minimum of 1 year or more of experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or similar type of business within the hospitality industry. Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
