Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and analytical Graduate Finance Analyst to join the finance team. Reporting to the Group Rebates Manager, this role will focus on analysing large volumes of sales and rebate data, supporting accurate reporting, and ensuring adherence to strict financial controls and deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining customer databases and price lists Calculating monthly rebates across multiple geographical regions using third-party data Preparing month-end rebate and sales reports for senior management Managing monthly payment runs and performing reconciliations Analysing wholesaler claims to ensure accuracy and completeness Liaising with customers and internal sales teams to resolve queries professionally Ensuring compliance with internal financial controls and procedures Managing shared mailboxes across multiple regions Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required Who were looking for: Educated to at least A-level standard (or equivalent) Minimum 1 years experience within a busy finance or data-focused environment Strong experience working with large data sets, including analysis and reporting Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas Whats On Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Hybrid working (2 days from home following probation) 32 days annual leave, increasing with service Pension scheme with employer contribution Healthcare cash plan and life assurance Enhanced family leave policies On-site parking, subsidised canteen, and electric car charging If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please get in touch with Diarmuid for further details.
