As part of their continued expansion, they now seek to recruit a Property Managerto deliver exceptional service across all areas of residential property management in their busy South Belfast branch. Key Responsibilities Manage new tenant referencing, prepare tenancy agreements and terms, arrange inventory inspections, and compile tenancy information packs Meet with tenants in the office on their move in day to ensure they are confident with the process and address any immediate queries or concerns Liaise with landlords to obtain and maintain up-to-date documentation in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations Respond promptly and professionally to all landlord and tenant enquiries, providing clear and accurate information Manage tenancy renewals by liaising with both landlords and tenants, negotiating terms where required, and preparing all necessary documentation to ensure a smooth continuation of the tenancy Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all properties using the companys CRM system Ensure all managed properties remain fully compliant with current legislation and safety standards Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and utility companies to manage property maintenance and related services Provide administrative support to the lettings, sales, and finance teams as required Requirements 2 years experience of administrative (property sector experience preferred but not essential). Be highly organised with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to prioritise and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, youll be a confident communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and customers. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management software is a plus. Positive, professional attitude and a customer-first approach. Ability to work well independently and collaboratively. You will support the property management team with a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the property portfolio is managed efficiently and professionally which ensures a smooth experience for landlords and tenants.
