Job Description Fairmont St Andrews is seeking a dynamic Beverage Operations Manager whose demonstrated leadership skills will enhance the reputation, quality and performance of Kittocks Den and Zephyr Sports Bar. Reporting to the Director of F&B, this position will be responsible for the effective and efficient day-today operation of the two Outlets. A little more about what you will be doing : You will be responsible for hiring, scheduling and monitoring Bartenders and F&B Servers To develop and enhance Fairmont service standards through disciplined administration of departmental Standard Operating Procedures and excellent attention to detail. To enhance the leadership skills of the additional leaders in Kittocks Den and Zephyr Sports Bar To ensure effective working relationships and clear communications are maintained with all colleagues and leaders in the outlet and other departments. To attend to all guest requests, being constantly aware of anticipating guests needs and to remain in the bar at all times during service. Help to ensure the smooth running of all guests requirements and needs on each table. To prepare staff rotas in accordance to budget guidelines of wage cost and Productivity. Adhere to liquor laws and regulations. This position will require a ‘hands on’ approach providing coaching and guidance to all colleagues within your department
