We work with Databricks customers, consultancies, and partners, connecting them with high-performing Data + AI professionals. We’re deeply embedded in the community, running user groups, hosting podcasts, and keeping up to date through certifications and accreditations.
We’re scaling fast, and now we’re looking for experienced recruiters who want to help build something meaningful, not just inherit another desk.
This is a chance to build and own your desk, shape how we go to market, and play a genuine role in the next phase of Primus Connect’s growth.
You’ll work closely with founders, have autonomy from day one, and be trusted to deliver outcomes, not micromanaged by KPIs that don’t matter.

* Have proven recruitment experience at mid-level to principal consultant level
* Have worked in contract and/or permanent recruitment
